Thus, we ask that you send us any or all of these documents in advance of the first call: Previous Year's Profit Loss Statements, Org Chart, Job Description of Lead Professional, Client Servicer, and C Suite members, Client Service Descriptions, Business Plan, Vision/Mission, Video or Pictures of Headquarter Office space, Marketing Brochure, and anything else you’d like us to review in advance of the 1st call. On the first call, Jen will ask many questions to speed-learn your people, business, and goals. And before the end of the call, she will create and share the first online draft of the Master Business EvolutionPlan . On subsequent calls, Jen will reference the master plan, explain the recommended priorities and impact of ideas, develop visual models, and devise an implementation plan that provides the greatest ROI and impact for your business, team, and clients.
